Thanks for a good wrap up of why we all should do this. BTW in summer, veggies are cheaper and fresher at my local farm market than at my local supermarket--food miles dontchaknow:-) I feel sooooo lucky to live in central Jersey where I am surrounded by farm markets and places to buy organic meant– I really am getting more and more local and sustainable all the time.
