Rutgers’ list of SJ restaurants that feature local foods
First of all, I think we got a lot of new readers yesterday who came here for the Westmont Farmers Market post. If you came back today, thank you, and welcome. I hope you continue to read and feel free to make comments and point me towards information that is relevant to our local foods.
I found a list of restaurants on the Rutgers agricultural site. The title of the list is Restaurants Serving Jersey Fresh. It looks like it’s from last year, but I can imagine that most of the restaurants will continue doing it this season, especially since consumer interest is growing. You can read details over on the Rutgers site, but I thought I’d give you a list of the South Jersey restaurants on the site.
