I just joined the Muth Family Farm CSA this year and went yesterday for my first produce pick-up! I'm so excited to be eating locally and organically this summer. The great thing about the CSA is that I got things I never would have bought myself (squash blossoms....stuffed with cheese and fried..yum!) ...and even some things I never heard of (Tat soy), so now I have to get more creative with cooking and even look up some things. Would be happy to share my CSA experience/recipes with you and your readers.
