This season, Collingswood restaurants are launching a new “restaurant week” theme—featuring a prix fixe menu using items from the Collingswood Farmers’ Market.

July 12-16

Four courses for $28

Unique creative menus at each restaurant using fresh local ingredients from the Collingswood Farmers’ Market

I’ll remind you all again closer to the event. I wanted to give you enough time to plan ahead and make sure that you saved one of the nights during the week so you can head into Collingswood and support these restaurants that are supporting our local farmers. It’s so important to let the restaurants know that we appreciate their support of our local agriculture.
