We’ve got corn on the cob!

Just a quick post to say that corn on the cob is finally here! I bought some yesterday at the Westmont Farmers Market. I heard there was some at the Wednesday Collingswood Farmers Market truck (on Wednesdays they have one farm bring produce – it’s not the full market).
The Collingswood Farmers Market e-mail said that there will be more corn this Saturday. Get their early. It’s the 4th of July and the first corn of the season. It will go fast!
I just found out we’re getting some gorgeous Jersey corn in our CSA this week! Woo hoo! It’s officially summer!
It does officially feel like summer when the corn shows up, doesn’t it?
