What should I cook with beef cubes this weekend?

I have two pounds of grass fed beef cubes from Hillacres Pride in my freezer, and the threat of a big Nor’easter looming over my head. I figure on Saturday, for the first time in a long time, I’ll have the time to cook up a storm. One of the things I plan on cooking up is Ina Garten’s chicken bouillabaisse from her Back to Basics cookbook that I picked up last weekend for a steal at the Williams Sonoma outlet in Leesburg (Did I forget to mention the shopping yesterday when I told you about my trip to D.C. Wine Country? The outlets there haveĀ  Williams Sonoma, Le Creuset, Pottery Barn, and Crate and Barrel outlets – a cook’s dream!)

I’d like to do something with the beef cubes, too. I have a perfectly wonderful baked stew recipe that I made frequently, but what else could I do with them? I need ideas. A crock pot recipe would be ideal, but I’m open to any ideas.
