Make this: Corn bread pudding

I’m sure come Friday, there will be plenty of leftover corn bread from Thanksgiving dinners all over the country. Here’s one way to use it up. Martha Stewart has a corn bread pudding recipe on her website that would make a great Black Friday breakfast or afternoon treat. I had some leftover corn bread last week from a weeknight dinner, and I decided to give it a try. It’s very good. I halved the recipe, used 1/2 cup heavy cream + 1 cup of whole milk instead of the half-and-half the recipe calls for.
